Man robbed 70-year-old man, pretended to help

Police say victims flagged the officers down and pointed out the armed suspects who were running away from the area.

Police were called out to a business on the 900 block of Arcola Avenue East, where they learned two suspects entered and demanded money.

In both cases, the suspect also used a gun to get cash, wore dark trousers with a hat and jacket. Officers arrived and saw the suspect trying to hide in a stairwell.

Police determined the handgun was a pellet gun. The 18-year-old was identified as Jerquion M. Johnson. He has no permanent address and told police he lives on the streets.

Police allege the person arrested was the driver of the vehicle and say they're still looking for a passenger of the vehicle.

Police in Little Elm, Texas, made the arrest last week and Guzman was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on Friday on robbery charges. He also had two outstanding arrest warrants, one for residential entry and another for failure to appear.
