He was tased and arrested Thursday morning after Rihanna's assistant found him inside her L.A. area house.

Rihanna's household was broken up into a suspected stalker who spent 12 hours indoors, U.S. prosecutors state.

The 26-year-old man was discovered in the singer's home last week by Riri's assistant.

Back in 2014, a homeless New Yorker Kevin Mcglynn was arrested for delivering abusive hand-written notes addressed to the singer to her SoHo apartment, as well as sending four letters to her LA home.

Police have since revealed that Eduardo had unpacked a bag and was charging his phone inside Rihanna's house.
