Samsung is speeding up the schedule for its flagship smartphones, with the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S10 launch dates to be earlier than usual.

Samsung's rumoured Android Go smartphone is being tested for four markets in the Indian sub-continent, a new report claims.

It goes on to claim that the phone might be unveiled in August instead of September, a month earlier than a year ago. The Samsung in-display fingerprint sensor is slated to launch with the Galaxy S10, which may be announced as soon as at CES 2019 in early January. The Galaxy Note 8 launched on September 15th last year, further supporting the claim that the Note 9 will be released a month early this year. Again, this isn't a knock against Samsung as the smartphone industry as a whole has seen sales declines this year. Although the new phones will launch early, many fans are not satisfied with the limited updates.

Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy S10 ahead of schedule. Samsung is reportedly "dumbing down" the design of the foldable smartphone to be able to finally launch the device.

Once the company is done with both the device, Samsung is rumored to launch Galaxy X at MWC next year.

George Bennett remains in sixth after latest stage of Giro d'Italia
Top Kiwi cyclist George Bennett has been frustrated by a bike issue which halted his charge during stage 11 of the Giro d'Italia. Chris Froome remains optimistic in his Giro d'Italia quest despite losing more time again on an uphill finish in central Italy.

Samsung Electronics' head of smartphone business Koh Dong-jin introduces Galaxy S9 and S9+ in February. However, will this move make the Galaxy X just a gimmick smartphone, or a breakthrough device?

If you can't get to a Support Centre, you'll have to reset the phone using Recovery mode, which will wipe all your data.

According to Twitter tipster Ice Universe, the Galaxy S10's screen resolution is going to exceed 600ppi - trumping the iPhone X's 458ppi and the Galaxy S9's 570ppi screen. Stay tuned for more news regarding the Galaxy X, including price, specs, and release dates.

According to a report, Galaxy J6 will feature a 5.6-inches HD+ (1480x720) Infinity display with 18.5:9 ratio. Does the foldable Galaxy X sound like a phone you would purchase and is it worth the wait?
