Presented by Eros International and Phantom, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane starring Harshvardhan Kapoor and is slated to release on 1st June 2018.

Earlier this week, the second song of the film 'Chavanprash' is now out which features cousins Harshvardhan Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. Bhavesh Joshi, which stars the Kapoor star-kid as a desi vigilante, was earlier scheduled to be released on May 25 but after much deliberation, the makers have chose to postpone the date to June 1, mentioned a statement released on Tuesday. It is to create a healthy clash at the boxoffice between brother-sister Harshvardhan and Sonam Kapoor. According to the new announcement, the movie has been postponed from May 25 to June 1 now.

The makers of Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, who announced this new development through their new poster, believe that this is a better date from a distributional point of view. It will now clash with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania-starrer, Veere Di Wedding. He said, "It's not like a dark war-like clash between the two films".

Banned ozone-destroying gas may still be in production
A research letter published Wednesday in the journal Nature takes a look at the possible causes for the spike. CFCs used in buildings and appliances before the ban came into force still leak into the air today.

The Vikramaditya Motwane directorial had been scheduled to release on May 25, while the release date of Veere Di Wedding had been fixed as June 1 since January 12 this year. Not just that, it has a greater audience potential and is a safe distance away from holdover Hindi and English releases.

The trade buzz is also that it won't really matter if Veere Di Wedding and Bhavesh Joshi release the same day, as the genres of the films are different.
