Kim Kardashian has deleted a sponsored post on her Instagram account promoting "appetite suppressing" lollipops after a furore from fans and health experts.

In the shot, Kim appeared to be undressed as she posed seductively with a red lollipop by company Flat Tummy Co, staring into the camera lense as she held the candy in her pouting mouth.

The Kardashians have historically used their social media platforms to promote diet and weight loss products (remember Fit Tea?), and it's pretty unclear why this was the tipping point for her followers.

No. Fuck off. No.

'Question "babes" - how do you sleep at night knowing that you endorse and encourage food restriction and disordered eating?' she tweeted the brand. Kim went on to further promote the lollipops by telling fans that the first 500 people to buy them would get 15% off.

Another commenter wrote, "It's imperative that we step back and remember that an influencer as big as Kim Kardashian are making $$$$$$ per #ad and #spons post".

Others took the reality star to task on social media.

Ronda Rousey Makes Major Announcement About Her Personal Life
So far, Rousey has only had one match with WWE , a mixed tag match at WrestleMania . So, it's possible that "someday soon" may be longer down the road than it sounds.

One user said, "How desperate are you for the money @KimKardashian?". While this isn't the first time that Kimmie's endorsed a questionable product, she's since been accused of "lying to teens who look up to" her. Yikes.

"We mistakenly removed content we shouldn't have and apologized to Kim for the inconvenience caused", a spokesperson for Instagram told The Mighty. "Disgusting. You should be ashamed".

'This is bad. Eat healthily to fuel your body and BRAIN!

Kim posted a picture of herself seductively sucking on a lollipop, pushing the company's latest product, an appetite suppressing lollipop.

She added: "MAYBE don't take appetite [suppressants] and eat enough to fuel your BRAIN and work hard and be successful". Among her critics was The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil, who called Kardashian "toxic". And to play with your kids. "And to have something to say about your life at the end, other than 'I had a flat stomach.'" The tweet was accompanied by a GIF of Mr. Bean holding up the middle finger. "This is incredibly damaging and risky".
