"Ms. definitely sort of in the works", Feige told the BBC, adding that she is the "Muslim hero who is inspired by Captain Marvel".

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has revealed that developing a blockbuster about the Muslim superhero is next on their production slate, once they've officially launched Oscar victor Brie Larson as Captain Marvel.

Mr Feige has not specified who would play superhero Ms Marvel - but fans are speculating that it could be Indian actress Priyanka Chopra.

"We're doing Captain Marvel right now", Feige said.

In 2015, the first issue of Ms Marvel won the prestigious Hugo Award for the best graphic story. Imagine how important Ms. Marvel's role will be for the future of the MCU and as well as to the Asian community.

This suggests that the Marvel universe could explore any of the remaining 7,000 characters that still haven't been introduced to fans, reported Hindustan Times.

That suffocating Rockets defense reduced them to just 38.6 percent shooting from the field and a mere 24 percent from downtown. If he does suit up, it will be his first game of the series for the Jazz after missing the first three with an ankle injury.

Marvel's series, 'Avengers: Infiniti War' is now breaking a lot of records at the box office.

Marvel is now in the midst of shooting Captain Marvel starring Brie Larson and will move onto introducing the teenage-superhero from New Jersey. Carol will presumably skip over her "Ms. Marvel" phase and go straight to being "Captain Marvel", but that still leaves room for Kamala Khan to be the first Ms. Marvel of the MCU continuity.

Khan's family is from Pakistan and while she has faced problems outside of her home, there has also been struggles with her nearest and dearest. That'll leave space for an array of new comic book characters to take to the screen - and Marvel has plenty of characters.

Captain Marvel was recently reintroduced in the comics in 2012.

Tweeple are of course being all extra with the casting of Ms Marvel and want Priyanka Chopra to play the role of the first Muslim Marvel superhero.
