Vince Vaughn was arrested on Sunday morning for DUI and resisting arrest.
The Wedding Crashers actor was arrested around 4am this morning in Manhattan beach, TMZ reports.
The 48-year-old actor was taken into police custody at around four am on Sunday (June 10).
An unidentified male passenger travelling with Vaughn was also arrested, Sabosky said, on charges of obstructing officers and public intoxication.
We're told Vaughn is still in custody right now.
Vaughn representatives have not made an official statement on the arrest.
The "Dodgeball" actor was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and for resisting, delaying or obstructing officers, Sabosky said.
The actor has been charged for DUI before, however he was arrested in 2001 over a bar brawl in Wilmington, North Carolina, during which actor Steve Buscemi was stabbed.
We've reached out to Vince's reps for a comment on this situation.
