D'Banj, wife to explain son's death

Condolence messages have kept pouring in from celebrities to D'banj over the death of his son and the one from Genevieve Nnaji is really emotional.


The Fall In Love hitmaker is now in America for the BET Awards and posted a black photo on his Instagram page with the heartbreaking caption.

@Adesua Etomi wrote, "In honour of a little handsome angel, Comforter D'banj need you".

But close friends and associates have taken to the social media to commiserate with him and his family over the loss of Daniel III who celebrated his first birthday a month ago.

In essence, the families will either be reunited before they are deported back to the unsafe communities they fled from. The warehouse-like facility has holding pens made from chain-link fences on the inside separating the immigrants.

"It is expected that when the mourning period is over, the family will formally report the circumstances that led to the unfortunate death of the little Daniel to the police, " Imohimi said.

According to Pulse Nigeria the incident happened on Sunday at D'banj's Ikoyi residence.

The award-winning video featured a cameo from Kanye West and has been viewed 45 million times on YouTube.
