Devolver Digital teased the game's release on Saturday.

During Devolver's typically weird press conference, presenter Mahria Zook described Metal Wolf Chaos like this: "this motherfucking legendary piece of cold-rolled fantastic was forged in the most sacred elements of videogame development: mechs, explosions and overly-dramatic voice acting".

Poundworld shops could close after buyer pulls out of talks
Losses for the financial year 2016-17 were £17.1million, up from £5.4million the year before. It also has a Poundworld Plus outlet at the Peel Centre, Dumfries.

The country is in peril as President Michael Wilson defends the nation against a full-scale rebellion lead by Vice-President Richard Hawk and the mechanized legions he commands. The game saw you play as the president of the United States, who was also an awesome mech pilot, fighting his way across America to win his country back from a coup by his vice president. Battle in your advanced mech - armed to the teeth - across iconic American landscapes including the Brooklyn Bridge, the Grand Canyon, and the front steps of the White House.

Devolver Digital had posted on Twitter in January 2016, "Count us in to help Metal Wolf Chaos get out to more gamers if From Software wants some help". The game, which is a remaster of FromSoftware's (yes, that FromSoft) 2004 cult hit, will release later this year for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. It has updated visuals and widescreen resolution, but retains the original voice acting.
