Electronic Arts and developer DICE confirmed that Battlefield V is getting a battle royale mode at some point in the future. While EA first debuted Battlefield V on May 23, the company used this opportunity to elaborate on features like the massive Grand Operations. We also got a tease for it's upcoming Battle Royale mode as well.

The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Battle Royale mode is called Blackout and will take place on a huge map that is 1,500 times bigger than the Nuketown map. Fans were frustrated that they didn't see much real gameplay, and confused if the characters they were seeing in the trailer were supposed to be historically accurate, or if they were part of the new customizable multiplayer character creator.

Taliban agree three-day Eid ceasefire in Afghanistan
The clerics also recommended a ceasefire with the Taliban, which Ghani endorsed. However, it insisted that attacks on foreign forces should continue.

In a post on the official Battlefield V Twitter, the team said: "Royale is coming to #Battlefield V, reimagined with the core pillars of destruction, team play, and vehicles". But seriously, six minutes for a battle royale announcement. We'll apparently know more about it later this year.

When EA revealed Battlefield 5 to the world, it was little more than a tease. Battlefield V will not contain loot boxes nor will it have a premium pass.
