If you've been impressed with what you've seen from The Division 2 so far, be sure to watch Ubisoft's E3 press conference late today, when we'll nearly certainly be hearing more about the game.
Following on from the two trailers for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 shown in yesterday's Microsoft E3 press conference, Ubisoft has released three new screenshots that showcase some of the detail in the new Washington D.C. setting. Unlike the first game, the development team at Massive is placing a huge focus on endgame content. Each Specialization, like sharpshooter, demolitionist, or survivalist, comes with its own progression path.
E3 2018: The Division 2 Gets Release Date
The Division 2's initial level cap is 30, and that's when you'll be able to choose a specialization, Ubisoft said. As you further customize your Agent, you'll also have access to a wealth of PvP experiences, including a fully revamped Dark Zone experience. The Division 2 will also feature eight-player raids, shaping it to become a proper MMO. Lastly, Ubisoft announced that The Division 2 will come with a year of DLC episodes that will release every three months, and best of all-they're free.
For those who want even more content, an optional premium pass will give you access to one year of exclusive add-ons. The Division 2 will arrive on consoles and PC March 15, 2019.
