She responded afterward, expressing her love for working for President Trump.

"Because it's the law", Sanders said before again blaming the Trump administration policy on Democrats.

In recent months, Border Patrol agents have split up at least hundreds of migrant families under the Trump administration's new "zero-tolerance" policy mandating that every person caught illegally crossing the border face criminal prosecution. "The president could ask her to stay on, she could always change her mind, if indeed this has any substance here at all".

In a series of heated exchanges between Sanders and reporters at Thursday's press briefing, the press secretary seemed to have trouble explaining the reasoning behind the practice of separating children from their parents when they cross into the US illegally. "Seriously, Sarah, seriously. These people have nothing".

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson's engagement may have seemed like an impromptu decision, but the engagement ring clearly was not. The Dangerous Woman artist shared videos of Pete on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, writing, "Another take".

During Thursday's exchanges, reporter Brian Karem attempted to access Sander's empathetic side. "And it is going to be harder to find good people to replace them", a source close to the administration told CBS News. "I know you want to get more TV time, but that's not what this is about", fired-back Sanders.

"It's not about that ... honestly, answer the question", the reporter pressed. "I would cite you to the Apostle Paul and his clear and wise command in Romans 13, to obey the laws of the government because God has ordained them for the objective of order".

"Jill, go ahead", she replied, turning to another journalist in the room.
