A champion at lightweight and a unified king at light welterweight, there are a number of enticing options out there for Crawford at 147 pounds.

Horn is 30 and not likely to get much better - although he might get a bit smarter. The first knockdown of the fight symbolized a culmination of sublime skill and steady poise and determination which finally broke the will of the larger champion Horn. The fight was never close, as Crawford staggered Horn with a straight left hand from a southpaw stance nearly immediately, setting the tone for a night where Horn's toughness and courage would be commended but his ring skills wouldn't.

Crawford, a traditional right-hander who fought southpaw most of the bout, dominated from the start, using both hands to pepper Horn throughout.

Crawford punished Horn in a one-sided fight, stopping him in the ninth round to win a world title in his third division on Saturday night in the main event of the Top Rank Boxing on ESPN+ card before 8,112 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. "Jeff Horn and Terence Crawford will go down in history for the fight that pioneered this changeover in direction to consumer sports entertainment".

"He's the bigger, stronger guy, I'm the smaller guy, remember?" It was only a matter of time at this point, and soon referee Robert Byrd wisely and mercifully stopped the fight after Crawford unleashed a volley of punches on an increasingly helpless Jeff Horn. It includes the impressive scalp of Manny Pacquiao, but with a bit of an asterisk given the fearsome Filipino was past his best.

Crawford (32-0), who holds titles in the 135 and 140-pound divisions, will be making his welterweight debut after failing to be truly challenged for most of his career. Maybe I was a bit predictable.

Toyota investing $1 billion in Grab
Grab's main rival is now Indonesia's Go-Jek which last month said it would invest $500 million to begin expanding overseas . The two companies already had a relationship: Toyota's trading arm invested an undisclosed amount in Grab a year ago .

Crawford said he would wear the gloves despite suffering his own right hand injury in the lead up to the fight. Even when he managed to land some hard shots in the sixth Crawford met him with big body shots and a sizzling uppercut and rather than be intimidated by Horn's superior size and strength he was able to throw him around into the ropes. He was badly staggered at the end of the round as Crawford cut loose and appeared to be on the verge of going down.

"His future is unlimited". It's the highest praise I can give a fighter, a welterweight, that he reminds me of Sugar Ray Leonard. "And that to me is a great, great compliment because I always thought that Leonard was the best".

Crawford stated his intention to unify the division, saying: "We want them all [the belts]".

Jeff Horn insists he left the ring without his head buzzing but admits to hearing voices at stages during his loss to Terence Crawford. "Hornet!" but sadly for Horn they couldn't get into help him as Crawford countered his every move and rush.
