Crenshaw is an artist who paints with his feet and his artistic skills are a popular tourist draw on Miami Beach, according to the Miami Herald.

A police report claims Jonathan Crenshaw clutched a pair of scissors between his feet and stabbed the 22-year-old twice in his arm.

Police said the victim's friend told officers that the victim was asking Jonathan Dale Crenshaw, 45, for directions when Crenshaw pulled out a sharp object and stabbed the victim.

A homeless Miami man with no arms has been charged after allegedly stabbing a tourist, authorities announced Wednesday.

Crenshaw told police he was lying down when Cesar Coronado, 22, punched him in the head, according to an arrest report.

But a female friend who was traveling with Coronado told a different story.

While Democrats tried to paint Kavanaugh as an extremist, Republicans said he was the type of moderate Bush might have appointed. As a federal judge, he noted how he can hire three clerks a year, and that majority have been women.

After the attack, Crenshaw is alleged to have put the scissors back into his waistband and quickly left the area.

Coronado was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Crenshaw, who has been charged with aggravated battery, has a court date on 18 July.

Barrientos described the attacker to police as a homeless, armless man. Officers found Crenshaw a short distance away and arrested him.

Crenshaw has been charged with one count of felony aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Along with multiple charges of battering police, Crenshaw's record also includes trespassing and disorderly intoxication arrests.
