Parker is a restricted free agent, which gives the Milwaukee Bucks matching rights.

The Bucks selected Parker out of Duke with the second-overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.

In terms of potential suitors for Parker, the Bulls seem like a legitimately good fit. Last season, he averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game after recovering from a torn ACL.

Novichok that killed woman came from bottle, police believe
In a statement on Friday, the Met Police said they had discovered a bottle containing Novichok in Rowley's home. Rowley, 45, and his partner Dawn Sturgess , 44, collapsed at his house within hours of each other on June 30.

So far in his career, Parker is averaging 15.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.0 steal per game. The 2012 Gatorade National Player of the Year is actually from Chicago, as HoopsHype's Alex Kennedy noted when free agency began.

Parker is a tough guy to peg, because all he needs is for one team to think his upside overshadows his injury history and he's going to be in for a big payday. The Bulls don't yet know if they're signing Parker to a deal as an unrestricted free agent or to an offer sheet as a restricted free agent. It seems that the Bulls are preparing to make a splash in the next few days, as reported by KC Johnson.
