The update is mostly concerned with making it easier for users to find content, as well as improving Mixer. Microsoft is partially solving this problem today with FastStart, an Xbox One feature that prioritizes critical game files to let you play "select" games while they download in the background. It's that simple. What's more, it's now enabled for select English language titles in our Xbox Game Pass catalog, and will expand to more games in more languages over time. "Groups" as they're called, can be added within My Games & Apps. This is a feature that's been in testing for a couple of versions now, and it allows you to make collections of your games and apps. You're also able to buy them if you wish to take that route.
As an added bonus, Groups will be tied to your Xbox Live account and will automatically sync across multiple Xbox One consoles. The system-wide search feature is also now more accessible, with the new Y shortcut whenever you are in the dashboard. You can add groups to Home and Guide, and there should be one Group made as soon as your update is complete. You can switch to full screen webcam broadcasting at any time you want.
According to Microsoft, the app will allow you to "see exclusive offers just for Xbox fans, redeem your points for Microsoft Store gift cards, and check how many points you've earned from Microsoft purchases and searches with Bing".
Xbox's July update improvements Mixer broadcasting too, with improvements to Mixer's Share Controller feature and support for full mouse and keyboard for PC users.
Additionally, Mixer streamers can now go full-screen with their webcam when broadcasting.
