At least four people are dead after an early-morning shooting in a residential area of Fredericton.
CBS News security analyst Paul Vollis said that based exclusively on the video from the scene, it appeared the police had established a primary and secondary security cordon area, indicating that they had likely determined the location of the shooter or shooters.
The police asked people to lock their doors and avoid the area, confirming there had been 'multiple fatalities'. Later, police confirmed four people had been killed in the incident.
