Arsenal coach Unai Emery has called on Mesut Ozil to be more of a scoring threat going forward, as the Spaniard continues to search for the best way to use the German playmaker.

The Gunners' first game after the global break is against Newcastle United, and Emery feels it's an opportunity for Ozil and many others to get a fresh start.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Mohamed Elneny have rejoined Arsenal ahead of their Premier League game against Newcastle United on Saturday.

"[We get on] very well", Emery said.

Two other blasts took place in Bihsud district early morning. The protestors asked for dismissal of local police chief. The death toll from Tuesday's blast soared overnight.

"The players have the habits to play in the global break, in important matches, defending their identity and when one player stops doing that, I think it is also good for them to focus only on their team", said Emery on Thursday. "In this process, we will work, we will help him, give him the possibility on the pitch to be together, to find his qualities for us".

The Gunners confirmed the arrival of both players alongside Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Aaron Ramsey and Lucas Torreira who were on worldwide duty.

Torreira picked up a minor calf issue while away with Uruguay last week but he's trained fully since returning to Arsenal and is available for selection so I wouldn't be surprised to see him start against Newcastle this weekend.

Defender Nacho Monreal revealed on Wednesday he is in negotiations with Arsenal over a new deal, and Emery said the club "need" to secure the left-back's place at the club. "I don't know any other news from him".
