The iPhone XR, which I think is awful news for Google and Android, will go up for preorder on October 19th and will hit store shelves a week later. With this the new iPhone will cost you nothing, though you pay only for the service.

Three new iPhones are heading our way: the XS, XS Max, and the XR.

The other aspect of the news is that any new iPhone XS buyers will already have a huge market of cases to choose from without having to wait for third-party case manufacturers to get their act together, launching special iPhone XS cases. Both devices have stereo audio output, a dual-camera system, True Tone displays, and Face ID security that lets you unlock your phone just by looking at it.

Gary Neville hits back at dig from Jürgen Klopp on Twitter
"Everyone knows that when we are not brilliant, we usually lose", Jurgen Klopp said about his team after the Palace win, recognising this had to change.

Early on Friday morning, Apple started taking iPhone XS and XS Max preorders in more than 30 countries and territories where the two phones will be released next week.

Apple also announced the iPhone XR during the presentation. It's a more affordable version of the XS, and it comes in a number of bright colors.

A host of smaller USA operators is also hustling to support eSIM and therefore dual SIM for adopters of Apple's newest iPhone generation, as T-Mobile CTO Neville Ray suggests the Cupertino-based tech giant caught the wireless industry off guard, with "a lot of that eSIM stuff" coming "pretty late in the process". The iPhone Xs and Xs Max respectively feature 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch AMOLED screens.
