The Last Remnant is getting the remaster treatment

In The Last Remnant Remastered players are taken to a war torn world filled with ancient artefacts that grant mysterious powers to those who wield them. Releasing on December 6, 2018, we don't really know what this re-release will contain.

For gamers who missed out on The Last Remnant back in 2008, you now have an opportunity to play it when it launches on the PlayStation 4. This remastering features beautifully enhanced graphics thanks to Unreal Engine 4.

Square Enix announced that their 2008 RPG The Last Remnant is coming back with The Last Remnant Remastered as a digital title on PlayStation 4 this December in Japan. As it turns out, the removal wasn't Square Enix trying to delete The Last Remnant from existence, but simply replacing something old with something new. Now, an entire console generation later, Square Enix is finally making good on that promise. Square Enix, a USA -based, wholly-owned subsidiary of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd.

For the remaster, Square Enix are using a different engine along with visual enhancements which will hopefully iron out those issues, revealing a gem beneath. All other trademarks are properties of their respective owners.
