Epic Games said today that Fortnite for Android no longer requires an invitation to play, meaning that anyone with a compatible device can try the hugely popular game.

On Thursday, Epic Games announced that it's opening up the Fortnite beta to all compatible Android devices, no more invites needed. Galaxy Note 9 and Tab S4 users received unique Fortnite Galaxy skins for being part of the club. The Quadcrasher is scheduled to release "soon", in any case, at which point you can expect to hear the clamour of veteran Fortnite players yearning for a return to the good old days of battle royale. Though the game is still technically in beta, you'll no longer need an invite or press credentials to download and play the game in all of its mobile glory.
