Google teased the phone will come in white, black and green colours. Still, there have been no words about any upgraded internal specs. We have seen many conflicting leaks making us believe that Google might launch an entirely different device at their event.

Since the initial launch, the XL variant is supposed to be the larger version of the standard variant and the standard variant is categorized to be the best option for a compact sized smartphone. It is going to be most likely the best Android phone to buy, which is unless there is crippling bug or hardware issue with it, something that we should know in another week or so as people use the phone.

Google Pixel Slate release - Google could announce huge iPad rival TODAY
The first news about the Pixel-branded smartwatch came from reliable technology leaker Evan Blass and a "reliable source" of his. Google's Pixel Stand is a different take on the wireless charger, one that can turn your phone into a small smart node.

The Pixel 2 featured a 5.0-inch 16:9 AMOLED display with a pixel density of 441 ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. A previously announced feature in which software will call businesses to make appointments and restaurant reservations for you will debut on the Pixel first, for instance - initially in New York, Atlanta, Phoenix, Arizona, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Other specs of Pixel 3 XL are going to be almost identical to those of the Pixel 3, like previous years. They feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 chipset running at 2.8GHz, 4GB RAM, and 64/128GB of storage space. The core hardware inside the phone is typical of what you get in a high-end phone nowadays.

"If you have a Google tattoo on you, then these are the phones for you", IDC analyst Ramon Llamas said of the Pixel's limited appeal so far. Shocker. It has a simple design, blue color, single camera on its rear and another up front, fingerprint reader on top, dual front-facing speakers, USB-C port or two, and will work with a new blue Pixelbook Pen. Another feature - Top Shot - will take a series of photos before and after a user presses the shutter button, and will present the best photo of the lot to the user. Google also improved its low light photography, dubbing it "Night Sight". The Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL were launched alongside the Google Pixel Slate and the Google Home Hub. "Processing the call details on-device means these experiences are fast, private to you, and use up less battery". The phones' new all glass and metal design is sleek and lightweight, the displays are handsome despite the big bezels that are still present on both models, and the camera continues to be a stand-out feature for Google this year. In a crowning early look, the good folks at Engadget managed to get their hands on the unreleased Pixel 3 XL, courtesy of a mobile phone store in Hong Kong. We expect no new front-facing features here and the superior Chromecast Ultra to stick around. The Pixel 3 looks to have a smarter camera that will be able to quickly recognise what is in front of it - a useful technology for things like business card scanning and identifying products.
