Joe is expected to be released from prison in 2019. The embattled reality star, who is now serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, will be deported back to Italy upon his release.

During an episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" that aired earlier this year, Teresa revealed that she "wouldn't mind" moving to Italy.

Joe and Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice appeared before an immigration court in York, Pennsylvania, via teleconference Wednesday.

Sources close to the reality star said that Giudice is still holding out hope for the appeal, but things are not looking good right now.

'Pet Sematary' Is Alive Again In the Horror Remake Trailer
The latest spooky story to get the remake treatment is Mary Lambert's 1989 Pet Sematary , based on King's 1983 novel. King's novel is one of his darkest, scariest works, and it looks like the movie might be equally chilling.

Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice appear at Mount Airy Resort Casino for a book signing and meet and greet on March 5, 2016 in Mount Pocono City.

Teresa Giudice is a cold-hearted, good-for-nothing mom who'd rather party like a rock star than sweat about her husband Joe's pending deportation to claims her cast mate Kim DePaola.

The couple have four daughters together. Teresa was released after almost a year in December 2015.

In the past Teresa has made light of moving to Italy as it's a attractive place: 'Whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen. "If Joe doesn't win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question". People reports that Joe will be deported to his native Italy. For the most part, Teresa and Joe have been able to withstand the storm, but this time it looks as if they can't get out of this. Nothing seemed to make sense, they didn't alter their lifestyle at all. "But she tells them she loves him and wants to ensure her children grow up with their father". "This news was a shock to Teresa mostly because she could never face this as an option in their lives".

Giudice was born in Saronno, Italy, but moved to New Jersey with his family as a child and never obtained USA citizenship.
