There has also been no indication from Blizzard or the LEGO Group if more sets will launch this year, or if this is the only early release ahead of the full wave's launch in January.

If, for some reason, you need a break from playing Overwatch, but you still want to do something Overwatch related, Lego has you covered.

The new LEGO Overwatch Omnic Bastion 75987 building kit is an exclusive figure of the video game character, this one featuring the Omnic Crisis orange skin. It also has not revealed if LEGO Overwatch Omnic Bastion will be on sale at third-party physical or online retail stores.

In May, the firm reported a 14.2% rise in pre-tax profit for the six months ended March 31, up from £9.7m to £11.1m. Earlier on Wednesday, its shares were suspended following the discovery of an accounting blackhole.

The set is available exclusively on the Blizzard store for $25, and the description on the store page says the figure is only available in limited quantities, so Bastion fans better get a move on.

It's pretty small: the set has just 182 pieces, so this is not an ultra-detailed rendition of Bastion by any means. The upper body swivels, and you'll be able to move the arms around to strike different poses. Don't worry, Bastion's bird companion Ganymede is here as well.

There will probably be more product announcements during BlizzCon 2018 at the beginning of November, but we'll have to wait and see if that includes any new Overwatch LEGO sets.
