In a video statement, Rahatkar said the panel has taken cognisance of Dutta's complaint on her alleged sexual harassment. She accused Nana of sexually harassing her while they were rehearsing for an item number of the film Horn Ok Pleassss.

She further said before shooting the song on the sets of the film Horn Ok Pleasss, which was supposed to be a solo song picturised only on her, she had clearly mentioned that she will not enact or perform any lewd, vulgar or uncomfortable steps.

Tanushree stated that Daisy had seen Nana try to touch her during her rehearsals and that she immediately went to the Ganesh to complaint. She claimed that after complaining to the producer, director and choreographer, they changed the choreography of the song to include Patekar in it without her knowledge and consent. "When he was touching me indecently and unnecessary I felt very uncomfortable because of his behaviour, I felt he has outraged my modesty", the letter read.

Patekar has denied he misbehaved with Dutta on the sets of the film, calling her claims a "lie". Her main grievance of sexual harassment as well as the name of the culprit were reportedly left out from the complaint by the police.
