The battle royale game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has received a number of indicators that the now Xbox and PC exclusive title may be headed to the PS4 soon. The Korean game ratings agency has outed a PS4 version in the past, while an Inside Xbox documentary showing the inside of PUBG Corps offices showed a PS4 controller being used for...something.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds aka PUBG might finally release on the PS4 in December, according to multiple reports.

But now fans on PSNProfiles have found promotional images on Sony's own servers, while a poster on ResetEra, who works for analyst group Niko Partners, claims that it is definitely coming out in December. Typically games are not assigned these codes until release is imminent. "Although maybe they'll announce its actual existence earlier or something".

"Breaking Bad" Movie Is Reportedly Filming This Month
Obviously, we'll be keeping our ear to the ground for further updates, and will pass 'em along to you as soon as they arrive. The New Mexico Film Office confirmed that a project with the title of Greenbrier is slated to film in in the region.

In a post created back in August 2017 where people discussed the possibility of a PlayStation 4 release for PUBG, a user brought life back into the thread that laid dormant for months with a post comment that said PUBG had been spotted in their console's game database.

Though it may be a little odd to be this close to release without any official announcement, the developer's agreement with Microsoft likely prevents advertising on other platforms before the exclusivity period is over.

The full release on Xbox One also carried the label "console launch exclusive", which further points to a release on PS4 at some point. In between, PUBG Mobile was released on Android and iOS.
