This year, the Amazon.co.uk Black Friday Deals Store will be open from 00:00 on Friday 16th until 23:59 on Sunday 25th November. You'll have to be quick on the trigger to snag these offers, though.
The good news is that you can shop online, the night before you eat all of that Thanksgiving turkey. There's a feature called AR View, for example - a new augmented reality feature in the Amazon app that allows customers to view products in situ before they purchase.
Walmart may not be the first place you think of when it comes to buy a new computer, but the retailing giant always manages to have a few deals on systems when Black Friday rolls around - and this year is no exception. This experience is open from November 22 to November 25, with doors open for 24 hours on Black Friday itself.
Black Friday, which falls on Friday 23rd November, has become a highly-anticipated date in the United Kingdom shopping calendar and marks the start of the Christmas shopping season for some people. In the UK, Amazon has announced the Black Friday 2018 plans.
Like previous years, Amazon UK will offer 'Deals of the Day' every day throughout the period across the site along with 'Lightning Deals' - products available at a discount, in limited quantities, for a short period of time - with new deals becoming available as often as every five minutes. Those who pay for a Prime membership (here's how to get a free Amazon Prime account) will be able to access these deals 30 minutes early.
Amazon says it has lined-up its "biggest ever " Black Friday sales event this year, with thousands of discounts earmarked for products in its toys, games, fashion, jewellery, beauty, and home departments. Amazon.co.uk will lead the way as usual, and is promising big things already.
