The annual "Call of Duty" franchise had launched three weeks earlier than usual, and two weeks before the arrival of "Red Dead Redemption 2".
Red Dead Online is likely to be a huge hit on the PS4 and Xbox One, judging by how popular GTA Online is. Rockstar Games have revealed that the Red Dead Online be a beta at first and will come out in November.
Before the release date of Red Dead Redemption 2 last month there were rumours swirling that the entire map of RDR would be in the game.
One last thing worth mentioning is that the intro cutscene to Red Dead Online involves a prison breakout, and so like Grand Theft Auto Online, it seems likely that this multiplayer function will feature some type of character creation as opposed to Red Dead Redemption's set character list. A patch will be released for Red Dead Redemption 2 adding the public beta for the current game.
Rockstar have said of the forthcoming online game: 'Using the gameplay of the upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 as a foundation, Red Dead Online will be ready to be explored alone or with friends, and will also feature constant updates and adjustments to grow and evolve this experience for all players.
While the Mexican area of the the original Red Dead Redemption could also be being worked on for Red Dead Online.
The other game mode for Red Dead Online which can also be found in GTA Online is "Mission". Red Dead Redemption 2 has a Metacritic score of 9.7, it has already broken many records and earned many awards like Most Discussed Game of PS4 2018, Most Shared Game, Best PS4 Game of 2018.
They remain speculation for now, although we do at least have an idea of what could be coming later in November.
