Ross commented drily: "Having said that, I think you still should have offered her the opportunity".

While on the show, the band who are reuniting for a tour of the United Kingdom next year, their first reunion in a decade, also explained why Victoria Beckham won't be joining them on the road.

In a new taped interview for The Jonathan Ross Show, which will air in the United Kingdom on Saturday, Mel C says, "Do you know what is actually quite amusing?"

Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel B and Mel C put rumours to rest that Mel C had demanded that the other Spice Girls get vocal coaching ahead of their upcoming reunion tour.but it turns out the report wasn't entirely false!

"I spoke to her before the announcement", she said, "and she has said it for years that she just doesn't want to do it anymore, so we knew that".

"She just didn't want to do it".

Mrs May has previously insisted no United Kingdom prime minister could ever agree to such proposals. However, Brussels has demanded an insurance policy to avoid a hard border in Ireland.

Geri admitted they all "knew" Victoria wouldn't want to be involved because she's "moved on" and is very busy with her fashion empire. "It's going to be unusual, you know, because none of us can watch the Spice Girls on stage but she will be able to", Chisholm said of Beckham during an interview for Heart Radio.

The Spice Girls will be performing without Victoria Beckham, who has launched a successful career as a fashion designer.

"The philosophy for us lot is we're a band on and off the stage".

'Today marks a special day for the girls as they announce the first tour dates since we performed together in 2012!

It was at that point that everybody looked fairly shocked so Emma stepped in to say that Victoria had always said she never wanted to be back in the band.

The superfan has big plans to catch the group on their six-show United Kingdom tour next summer, saying, "I saw them in concert in the '90s".
