In the women's soccer tournament, the University of ME at Farmington (8-12) plays at Middlebury (15-1-2) after winning the NAC.

The SUNY Geneseo women's soccer team will travel to Williamstown, Mass., to face Stevens (N.J.) Institute of Technology in the first round of the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournament on Saturday.

BC (14-4-1, 6-3-1 Atlantic Coast) was chosen as a No. 4 seed in the upper left corner of the bracket, one of 16 nationally seeded teams. BG and Ball State played to a 1-1 draw, couldn't break the deadlock during 20 minutes of extra time, then the Falcons rallied from 3-1 down in penalty kicks to win 5-4.
