Xiaomi has a lot of fantastic phones, and they all offer great value.

Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, Xiaomi Mi Max, Xiaomi Mi 4, Xiaomi Mi Max Prime, Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Xiaomi Redmi 4, Xiaomi Redmi 4A, Xiaomi Redmi 4x, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Qualcomm version, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 MediaTek version, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, Xiaomi Mi Note 3, Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus and Xiaomi Redmi Pro.

As of today, Xiaomi is now sold in 74 markets worldwide.

Xiaomi has confirmed that it will begin selling phones and smart home devices in the United Kingdom. It has a 6.21-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 845 processor, IR face unlock system, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Xiaomi will be opening a dedicated storefront for its products in the Westfield shopping center in London which not only includes both Mi 8 smartphones, but will also have headphones, computer accessories, and more on hand.

Multiple fatalities in shooting at a Californian bar
Additional units, including SWAT personnel arrived on the scene minutes later and found 11 victims and the deceased gunman. The shooting began at 23:20 local time on Wednesday about 40 miles (65km) north-west of Los Angeles, police say.

The front of the phone is less striking, with a very familiar look - meaning a relatively wide notch and a small chin at the bottom of the phone, like nearly every other Android phone to launch this year. I only had a small amount of time to use the phone at the launch event, but the display looks decent - if not mind-blowing - with relatively punchy colours and a good level of contrast.

The Mi 8 Pro sports a dual-lens camera on the back, both 12MP shooters with Samsung and Sony sensors. The 3000mAh battery does seem like a relatively small size for a modern-day phone, though, so it will be interesting to test how long this can actually last in a real-world environment.

If you want to pick the Mi 8 Pro up for yourself, it'll be available on November 9 at Three, Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, Carphone Warehouse, Currys PC World, Very, Gomobile, Mobile Phones Direct, Katana, and Mi.com.
