Here's how Matt La Fleur could look as the Packers head coach

With the Rams going 13-3 this year, Murphy felt LaFleur would have been "the hot candidate" across the league had he stayed with McVay, and he commended him for the chance he took to make him more ready to be a head coach. "I wanted Nick Saban".
After the initial three interviews, the Packers talked to Patriots offensive and defensive coordinators Josh McDaniels and Brian Flores, Saints offensive assistants Dan Campbell and Pete Carmichael, Buccaneers offensive coordinator Todd Monken and former Dolphins head coach Adam Gase.
Murphy explained that during the month-long search process, numerous candidates were vetted and the team's leadership council - nine players, including Aaron Rodgers, representing each position group - was consulted.
LaFleur, a former college quarterback who has been an offensive assistant in the National Football League since 2008, called plays for the first time for the Tennessee Titans last season.
LaFleur's connection with two of the NFL's most highly thought of offensive minds intrigued Murphy for how it could revive Rodgers, who just completed his least productive season as a starter. Rodgers had the authority to change plays and often did so, to the frustration of McCarthy, who struggled at times to get into a rhythm. It's been very educational for me every time I've gone through it and I've appreciated every single one of them.
Murphy and Gutekunst said the Titans' low-scoring offense didn't concern them in the hiring process because LaFleur's Tennessee offense suffered several key injuries to quarterback Marcus Mariota, and starting tight ends Delanie Walker and Jonnu Smith.
LaFleur certainly is, and that phone call with the two-time MVP quarterback only energized him more. Honestly, I'm not going to have any preconceived notions moving forward.
"I just want someone that's proven", said a fan. It was Murphy and Gutekunst.
That still didn't stop him from getting caught "speechless" upon later that day receiving the official job offer from Murphy.
"He has the unique combination of a quiet confidence but yet a humility", Murphy said. I'm really, really excited. "I think he's equally excited". When he mentioned them by name, Luke and Ty, the youngest, Ty, immediately burst into silent tears.
LaFleur was in the vehicle at the time.
With a new head coach, fans said they're eager to get back on the winning side of the game, hopeful Coach LaFleur will lead the Packers to victory. "She was at the wheel. The lessons I learned this year, I learned that football is not always easy, you'd better navigate through some adversity, and I was proud of that", LaFleur said. "This is a dream come true for me".
