The families of the women in his alleged sex cult are reportedly anxious if the girls travel out of the country with Kelly they may never see them again.

"In order to have an investigation we have to have victims and witnesses who are willing to come forward with information", Foxx said.

"No one has ever seen any evidence of it", he said.

On Tuesday, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx called for any R. Kelly sexual abuse victims to come forward, saying her office can not investigate without the cooperation of victims and witnesses.

Her father says they haven't heard from her in about two years.

A second criminal investigation in connection to Kelly's alleged sexual abuse could also be opening in Kelly's hometown of Chicago. She has been in touch with families from the docu-series who are looking for their loved ones.

The outlet also reported that the patient has been in a vegetative state for at least a decade after almost drowning. Today, Phoenix Police investigators served a search warrant to obtain DNA from male Hacienda HealthCare staffers.

Steve Greenberg, Kelly's attorney, said in an emailed statement: "Mr. Kelly did not sexually abuse anybody, at anytime, not when he was in high school and not after". If people in his own industry are willing to turn against him now and the general public believes the women involved, this might be the beginning of the end.

In 2000, the Sun-Times was the first major media outlet to report on allegations of inappropriate behavior involving Kelly and underage girls. Kelly was hit with 21 counts of child pornography and was found not guilty in 2008.

By some freaky coincidence (or not!) Donnel Russell was the name that appeared in a police report filed by the father of Joycelyn Savage, a young woman that helped form the basis of the "R. Kelly sex cult allegations", tabled past year.

At the time no United Kingdom network had picked it up (and Lifetime doesn't broadcast here) but we will get to see it here after all - but who's showing it and when? "What I am hearing about the allegations against R. Kelly is absolutely horrifying and indefensible".

Surviving R Kelly follows accusations of sexual and physical abuse made by a number of women with close relationships with the singer in the past.

Despite the fact that his musical empire is collapsing in on him, singer R. Kelly remains defiant even as two investigative agencies begin probing alleged sexual crimes committed in Atlanta and Chicago.
