The Italian has run out of patience after another woeful performance

The Spanish giants are preparing to travel to the Netherlands to take on Ajax in the first leg of their last-16 clash.
Asensio, a 73rd-minute substitute, was unmarked at the far post as he tapped in a cross from the right by Dani Cavajal with just three minutes of regulation time to go.
"Frenkie is fit", Ajax coach Erik ten Hag said earlier on Tuesday.
Ajax might have felt optimistic when they drew an out-of-sorts Madrid back in December but Santiago Solari's side have found their rhythm since, winning six out of their last seven matches.
But Ajax shook off its winter form dip before the break, pressing Madrid high up the pitch, combining well with slick, short passes and looking like the team that qualified second in its group behind Bayern Munich rather than the one that struggled in recent weeks.
"I have said many times that I am a great defender of the VAR because it will make football fairer little by little", Ramos said.
Those two games highlighted the question Solari has to resolve in Holland: against Barcelona he played the experienced Marcelo at left back and watched as Barca picked on the Brazilian time and again, exposing his poor positioning and clearly marking him as the weak link in the Madrid defense.
The visitors came out firing in the second half and they almost went ahead after 50 minutes when Dani Carvajal played in Karim Benzema, who saw his first-time strike saved by Andre Onana. Vinicius Junior came closest for Madrid when he cut in from the left wing and shot on target only for Onana to palm the ball over the bar.
Karim Benzema swept holders Real into the lead in the second half, before Hakim Ziyech scored a deserved equaliser as an energetic Ajax created more than enough chances to win comfortably on the night.
Nicolas Tagliafico had a goal disallowed in the first half following a VAR review, with referee Damir Skomina penalising Dusan Tadic for interfering with Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois while in an offside position.
"I believe it's possible to win four", Courtois said at a press conference at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
