In spirit, the Bugatti Chiron Sport '110 ans honours the Type 10, the first machine built by brand founder Ettore Bugatti in 1909, but in body it's not got a lot in common.

Bugatti have released a special edition version of the Bugatti Chiron named the Bugatti Chiron Sport "110 ans Bugatti".

Other areas of the Chiron 110 Ans Bugatti are finished in exposed carbon fiber, finished in Steel Blue Carbon. As ever, customers will have to make do with 1,479 horsepower and 1,180 pound-feet of torque, sent to the driven wheels by a seven-speed transmission.

Her fear of spiders got the best of her; even though there weren't any creepy crawlies, she kept thinking there would be. She said: " She needs to still get it together and warm up and be a little bit nicer, but I think she's getting there.

The hypercar's bodywork is themed around France's blue, white and red tricolor flag, but the prominent use of the theme is seen on the underside of the Chiron's movable rear wing. The flag originally symbolised the union between monarch and people in the phase of the constitutional monarchy.

Pricing for the Bugatti Chiron Sport "110 ans Bugatti" has not been revealed. At the same time, we are underlining our origin and our French roots in Molsheim. "This is also where we are planning our future", concluded the exec.

The auto flies the French flag proudly - or the French flag's tricolours at least - in various places, including on the side mirrors, rear wing, steering wheel and headrests. There's a matt black exhaust system too. "The design element also establishes a link to the historic Type 57 SC Atlantic, which is now one of the world's most valuable cars", says Achim Anscheidt, Chief Designer of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. The wheels are painted in "Nocturne" matt black and hide French Racing Blue brake callipers. The seats feature a tricolour stripe up the middle and a "110 and Bugatti" logo on the headrest, while bits of carbon fibre appear on steering wheel, steering column, seat trims and so on. Finally, a "specially crafted medallion" takes pride of place on the centre console stowage space, made of carbon fibre and solid silver with enamel inserts, it bears witness to the car's high level of craftsmanship, apparently.
