Police have no information about why the woman allegedly threw the two chairs off the balcony, nor do they have details about the person who took the video, Hopkinson said.

Police believe the chair-throwing incident occurred Saturday around 10 a.m. ET at a condo in the Harbour and York streets area, which overlooks the Gardiner Expressway and Lake Shore Boulevard.

Police say they are discussing a timeline for the woman to surrender and if she does not adhere to that timeline, a warrant will be issued for her arrest.

The short video, which has been seen more than 692,000 times on Facebook alone, ends before the chair lands on the highway.

Hopkinson said he first noticed the video on Sunday and was "outraged" by the incident.

The number stands at 53 confirmed cases of measles and two suspected cases in Clark County as of February 9. But opponents of the bill still think the measles vaccine is a bigger threat than the disease itself.

On Monday, police released a photo of the woman, who they say appears to be in her 20s.

Hopkinson said the woman in the video could be charged with common nuisance and mischief, endangering life, which is an extreme level of "mischief".

Police say the items landed in front of the entrance to a condo building on the ground below.

The video, believed to be posted on Snapchat, shows a blonde woman standing on the balcony of a condo building holding a patio chair before launching it over the edge of the railing.
