Community Easter Egg Hunt Set for April 20th April 13, 2019

The hunt goes until this Saturday, April 20.
This young man is excited about what he's found at the Point Pleasant Easter egg hunt on Saturday at Tu-Endie-Wei State Park.
The Town of Oakman will host their annual Easter egg hunt this Saturday from 11 a.m.to 1 p.m.at Old York Farms with activities, music, food and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. The event will be held rain, snow or shine, so dress children accordingly.

While there is no fee for the Egg Hunt, all participants are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the Southbury Food Bank. They must also weigh less than 5 pounds total. The family recently moved to Maplewood from Queens, N.Y. and said the egg hunt was an opportunity to see their neighbors and enjoy a fun event. There will also be five age-appropriate bunny trails.
The egg hunt has been running for more than 10 years. The event will feature four different age groups in different fields. Each empty beer can will be redeemed for two VIP tickets to the Vail Craft Beer Classic, June 20-23. All pictures will be posted on the town's Facebook page for people to share or save.
Avon: Eagle River Presbyterian Church in Avon is sending kids on an Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 21, following the 9:30 a.m. service. Do not forget to bring your own basket!
