Black, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was driving two other people in a Cadillac Escalade with temporary California registration across the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to NY state police.
Meanwhile, police said the crowd inside and outside the venue began to grow unruly after learning Kodak Black would not be appearing.
Rapper Kodak Black and three companions have been arrested at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge on charges they tried to bring weapons and marijuana into the United States from Canada.
A Glock 9mm handgun that was not registered to Black or his passengers was found in the auto, and marijuana was found on the rapper, police said in a statement Thursday. "U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations continuously works in collaboration with our law enforcement partners, which include federal, state and local agencies".
PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch News, Reviews and Features If you own a PSVR headset, it'll work with the new system too-although there's likely to be a new headset released eventually. For now, it's believed that Sony unveiled their first details regarding the system because they'll not be attending E3 2019.
In the other vehicle, police found two other weapons and more marijuana in the trunk. He was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon, - a second degree felony - and a misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge. The driver of a second auto, a Porsche, faces the same charges as Black. Kodak, along with at least two other suspects, were detained in Niagara County Jail and remains in custody on a $20,000 cash bond or $40,000 bond.
Kodak was supposed to perform at The House of Blues in Boston Wednesday night but never showed.
Here's where things get weird, we've spoken with several members of Kodak's team - and everyone is telling us the same thing - they don't know why the show was canceled and they can't get in touch with Kodak or those traveling with him.
