However, Gooding has denied the allegations. Video from Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan showed no criminality on Gooding's part, his lawyer Mark Heller told The Associated Press.

Cuba Gooding expected to surrender to NY police sometime in the next few hours for questioning in an alleged groping incident, several media outlets report.

The woman, who has not been identified, alleged that Gooding touched her breasts at the bar on Sunday night.

The woman claimed Gooding Jr. was "highly intoxicated" and the pair had to be separated by security following the grab.

Heller says Gooding will visit the special victims unit leading the investigation before being arraigned.

Google updated its Play Store guidelines on Wednesday to prohibit apps which facilitate the sale and delivery of marijuana. This includes countries and USA states where purchasing marijuana for recreational or medicinal purposes is legal.

TMZ caught up with Gooding late Tuesday as he was about to board a flight back to New York City from Los Angeles, where he said he is "absolutely not" guilty of what he's been accused of. In 2012, a male bartender in New Orleans claims Gooding Junior pushed him. In a statement to TMZ, he said, "I trust the system and will let the process speak for itself".

He says there is a video that shows "what really happened". It also features a mini-golf course and brief views of the Empire State Building and other landmarks.

Gooding best known for his role in Jerry Maguire, for which he won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1997.

Gooding was nominated for an Emmy Award past year for playing O.J. Simpson in the FX series "The People v. O.J. Simpson" and recently appeared on Broadway and London's West End as lawyer Billy Flynn in "Chicago".
