Gods and Monsters, an Open World Action-Adventure Game, Announced by Ubisoft

A very historically accurate horse. Or a user-made one. We don't know Gods & Monsters announced by Ubisoft for Switch

"Called Gods & Monsters, it didn't give us much to go on; a gorgeous animated field gave way to a character glad in an ancient Greek helmet and a big ol" sword. We're surprised that given the game is releasing as soon as it is that we didn't get to see any gameplay, but what we did get to see certainly was handsome and it's clear the game has a gorgeous art direction. "Something that transcends the limits we have always set upon ourselves". "Gifted with special powers from the gods of Olympus, players must overcome treacherous dungeons, challenging trials and perform heroic feats on their journey to save the gods". The gameplay is said to be a mix between standard combat and environment based puzzles. Gods & Monsters is an open world action-adventure game, like the Assassin's Creed projects that have preceded it.

Gods & Monsters is due out on February 25, 2020.

Check out the short cinematic trailer down below, showing off the game's cartoony but stylish artstyle that is distinctly different from the realistic graphics of the Assassin's Creed series.

Mystery surrounds American deaths in Dominican Republic
And over a five-day period just last month , three others tourists mysteriously died in their rooms at another Dominican resort. Robert Bell Wallace, 67, died at the resort after having a single whiskey from his room's mini bar in April.

Players will be granted powers by the Greek gods as they journey across the Isle of the Blessed in an attempt to restore the Greek Gods' powers.
