Google Calendar Goes Down, Twitter Users Declare Tuesday Canceled

Google Calendar Down Google Calendar is down, so work might as well be canceled

If you try navigating to calendar.google.com on your desktop, you'll be returned with a 404 error saying that the page can't be found. Google Calendar users are then asked to input credit card details and other personal information. Many users have reported being unable to access their Google Calendar, leaving them stranded from their normal day to day activities.

"We are aware of the issues and working on a fix", Google replied here, in response to a tweet.

Google didn't immediately have a comment on what caused the problem.

Google's G Suite Status Dashboard had been updated to reflect issues with Google Calendar. Google said "please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better". Google appeared to have caught wind of the issue at 10:22 a.m. ET on Monday, although users first made mention Google Calendar being down around 10:05 a.m. ET.

Attempts to access Google Calendar through either the browser interface or via apps each end up the same way.
