Barcelona confirmed the signing on their official website on Birmingham born striker who has dual English and Northern Irish nationality and is considered one of the best young players in English football as he was unveiled by the Catalan outfit.
The England wonderkid was offered a three-year contract at the Baggies, but turned down the deal in favour of a move elsewhere.
West Brom are yet to confirm Barry's departure. He had played nine times for England's Under-16 side, scoring seven goals, and having netted 10 in five for the Under-15s a year ago, he also featured for West Brom's Under-23 side last season.
He also won the golden boot in November at the Val-de-Marne tournament which England Under-16s won. He's penned a three year deal and will play for Juvenil A next season.
