It's the dream semi-final the fans had hoped for as soon as the seedings were announced, as Spanish superstar Rafael Nadal meets Swiss ace Roger Federer in a battle between two of tennis's all-time greats on Centre Court. "I got a bit tight and it was a very important probably first four or five games of the second set". Add in the third-place count of 15 trophies belonging to Novak Djokovic, who is seeded No. 1 and plays No. 23 Roberto Bautista Agut in Friday's other semifinal, and this terrific trio has won 53 of the last 64 major championships.

Partly cloudy. High of 79 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius). Federer ranks first among men with 20 career Grand Slam titles.

"I promise you, when I hit a volley I was like, 'Would I have made that if I didn't play doubles?" Despite the lack of younger players progressing at this year's Championships, with Zverev, Tsitsipas and Thiem all losing in the first round, there is no doubt ticket holders will be relishing the chance to see two legends of the sport such as Nadal and Federer taking to court in the semi final. Nadal was the finalist at the Australian Open and the semi-finalist at Indian Wells, Monte Carlo, Barcelona and Madrid, not enjoying the best campaign on clay before conquering Rome and Roland Garros to add 3000 clear points to his tally and move in front of Novak.

"I thought it was the best Wimbledon final of all time", Becker said.

If he doesn't it could be another one-sided affair for an elite player this Wimbledon. He's gone through his matches easily against hard players like Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Sam Querrey, and that's because of his level.

Djokovic is seeking his fifth trophy, and second straight, at the All England Club, while Bautista Agut is making his Grand Slam semifinal debut.

Cameron Boyce, 20, died from natural causes: Coroners
An autopsy was performed on Monday, and the "cause and manner of death were deferred pending additional testing, " the coroner's office said.

To play an elite ATP tournament once in a career, you have to beat nearly all other rivals on the Tour in particular season, which is never easy, but to do that for 15 years in a row is something remarkable that only Nadal has managed to achieve in every season since 2005!

Nadal has never had a better grasscourt game than this year's strategy.

The Roger Federer vs Rafael Nadal Wimbledon 2019 semifinal is scheduled to start at 7:30 PM IST.

"It was a really close opening four to five games of the third set that could have gone either way - thankfully it went mine".

As Federer points out, Nadal's remodelled serve has paid dividends for the Majorcan, who has won 83% of first serve points at the All England Club.

Djokovic saved two break points in the next game, the second with that 45-shot rally that had the crowd openly laughing at the absurd consistency. He also has the (rare) distinction of defeating Novak Djokovic twice this year already, in Qatar and at the Miami Open Masters 1000.
