Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen was among those protesting his rating.

As if to help point out how meaningless the player ratings really are, safety DeShon Elliott and quarterback Lamar Jackson talked about bumping up their numbers once the game comes out on August 2.

Some players called the game out due to their low ratings. First round pick Brian Burns received a 75 rating.

The Philadelphia Eagles are the highest rated team in Madden 20's initial ratings with an 89 Overall.

Gilbert was one of the Cardinals' offseason acquisitions and he is, on the video game, the best lineman on the team, given an overall rating of 84.

Dramatic social media videos show attendees scrambling to evacuate as a forest fire lights up Zrće beach. A hip-hop festival in Croatia had to be evacuated after a forest fire broke out nearby.

Two players were so unhappy they chose to boycott the game.

Former Panthers left tackle Matt Kalil is a 69. He took issue with pretty much every part of that rating.

Player ratings get adjusted throughout the season as Madden rating adjusters travel to National Football League games throughout the season to evaluate players growth and decline alike.
