Crystal Dynamics has finally peeled back the curtain for the much anticipated E3 gameplay demo of Marvel's Avengers.

While Marvel's Avengers was revealed through a trailer at E3 earlier this year, it was only a cinematic trailer and no gameplay was shown outside of closed doors.

The near 19 minutes of footage showcases the core team of Avengers, namely Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America and Black Widow, all battering thugs.

Warren's latest proposals appeared to help her receive a warm reception from attendees at the tribal forum. But she spent much of her time at the roundtable asking questions and listening.

Being developed by Crystal Dynamics with help from Eidos Montréal, Marvel's Avengers is a story driven, action game based on the Marvel property of the same name which has recently taken the world of Cinema by storm. "The celebration turns deadly when a catastrophic accident results in massive devastation", the release reads. "Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth's Mightiest Heroes". Then gameplay footage from San Diego Comic-Con was leaked online with videos of so-so quality. The blog also mentions how the team is working on improving the visuals after fan feedback, and that we can expect the next big reveal to occur this October.

It appears Square has decided Gamescom 2019 is the place to make the turnaround.

We have a serious wait ahead of us, as Marvel's Avengers doesn't release until May 15th, 2020. Luckily, the action swaps from one superpowered crime fighter to another, so you don't have to watch ol' Cap blitz dudes in the face with his shield the entire time (that said, I can think of worse ways to spend nineteen minutes).
