However, Mate 30 will be a less attractive option without the official Android OS and apps by Google in Europe and other principal markets.

The news of Huawei's flagship Mate 30 smartphone unveiling has been confirmed by a tweet and a short video.

Ahead of its unveiling, the new hardware appears to have been outed in full courtesy of new renders from OnLeaks collaborating with Pricebaba.

The duo shared apparent renders of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, indeed showing a circular camera housing on the back and a wide notch on the front.

The circle in question surrounded the Mate 30 Pro's camera system and appeared to have a different finish to the rest of the phone.

UK Flirts With Recession as Brexit Uncertainty Rises
A Reuters poll of economists had predicted a reading of 51.0 for this month's services PMI. This way the sector has seen a fluctuating situation in the past three months.

In the small print, which you can't really read from the photo above, it says "the delivery time for software updates may vary", but the claim is quite clearly made - P30 Pro will see an Android 10 update, and that's pretty cool.

Huawei has already sent out media invites for its upcoming Mate 30 Pro launch event in Munich, Germany, on September 19. The round camera module is definitely present with a quad-camera setup. There is a wide notch where three front-facing cameras are placed. The "waterfall" display, measuring around 6.6 inches, ensures no visible bezels on the sides and the wide notch appears to be the only disruption in what would otherwise be the flawless display. On the upper left part of the rear, there is the Leica logo, dual-LED flash, and a sensor.

The sources note that the device measures in at 158.1 x 73.6 x 8.7mm, making it slightly taller, wider, and thicker than the Mate 20 Pro. So, it looks like the side panel is touch-sensitive to let users perform things like increasing or decreasing the volume & more. An IR blaster and microphone can be found on the topside of the device.

It is now unclear how much the Mate 30 Pro will cost - however it is expected to come at a premium. The primary camera will have 40-megapixel sensor with a variable aperture of f/1.4-f/1.6 and RYYB pixel layout. The phone will be powered by a 4500mAh battery with 55W wired charging and 25W fast wireless charging.
