The charity launched their website on World Mental Health Day, and is using the site to highlight a range of topics, including a look at the games that tackle issues of mental health head-on, such as the impressive Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. He says another myth is people with mental illness are more prone to violence.

Mental health issues, especially among young people who are deluged with so much stress from the environment they are in, suffer and retreat from the world.
