According to a new report, it seems that Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is indeed now in development - and it'll be with us sooner than we might have thought. It's possible that Insomniac started working on a sequel as soon as they wrapped up the development on the first game to have the next one ready as soon as possible. E3 2020 next summer might be a more likely destination for the Spider-Man reveal, though. "I know too much about this, so I can't speculate too much".

This news comes from the latest Kinda Funny Gamescast, where Imran Khan, a former News Writer for Game Informer states that he believes Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is a "Christmas 2021 title".

GameInformer, where Imran previously worked at (prior to a round of layoffs), wrote a cover issue of Marvel's Spider-Man for their magazine, back in 2018.

However, people would like to know more about how Malek pursued his victory in the Bohemian Rhapsody Oscar. We're also getting new characters played by Jeffrey Wright and Billy Magnussen.

Sony has also been using Spider-Man to illustrate the advantages of the PS5's skills to this level. He ends the statement with "Spider-Man 2 will come sooner than we think". This proves that Insomniac Games have already got the original game running on the next-gen hardware, with improved performance. "I mediate it's a Christmas 2021 title", Khan says, to which co-host Fran Mirabella says that he doesn't mediate this could be that soon. Or, would you have been expecting a fairly quick turnaround on Insomniac's superhero sequel? Christmas 2021 does seem like a believable timeframe for the potential sequel, at least.

KitGuru says: What did you think of Marvel's Spider-Man? The PS5 is expected to be backward compatible, and will run plenty of PS4 games, especially first-party games coming directly from Sony and its subsidiaries. Let us know down below.
