OnePlus has already begun accepting applications for its "The Lab" program which will see selected applicants get a review unit (that they get to keep) of the OnePlus 8 series before the launch. About two weeks ago, we saw a real image of the OnePlus 8 in Robert Downey Jr. The OnePlus 8 Pro will arrive in green, black, and blue The flagship smartphone is shown off in a attractive mint green shade which has never been used on a OnePlus device before. Following the exposure of the previous OnePlus 8 / Pro configuration information sheet, we now have a set of OnePlus 8 Pro green colour renders.

On the standard OnePlus 8, however, this quad-camera setup is replaced with a tri-camera array, losing one of the 48MP lenses. The familiar OnePlus logo sits below the camera housing but the OnePlus name at the bottom is the new one which is written in uppercase. This smartphone comes with a full-screen display with ultra-thin bezels and a high screen resolution. According to reports, this smartphone will use a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor. Other changes include a 6.55-inch display with a 90Hz display, similar to the one on the standard OnePlus 7 Pro, and a slightly smaller battery at 4,300mAh. But if this doesn't sound impressive enough, a pricier model with an impressive 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is on the way. The other two sensors are 16MP and 2MP.

The battery here is said to be 4,300mAh, and with the same 30W warp charging that OnePlus phones have come with before. As expected, the handset will come with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 865 chipset with support for 5G connectivity. It will have fast wireless charging and reverse wireless charging, a first for OnePlus phones.
