Man Shares Photo of COVID-19 Result After Six Weeks Recently, Mike Schultz, a San Francisco native, woke up in the coronavirus ward of a Boston hospital, chatting with one of his favorite nurses about how his treatment after being sedated and intubated.

Approximately 57 days after he was taken to the hospital, Schultz was able to leave with Hebblewaithe.

Schultz posted a photo on Instagram last week to show just how much the virus has ravaged his body.

On March 14, regarding a week after the celebration, Schultz flew to Boston, where Hebblethwaite lives.

"I wanted to show it can happen to anyone It doesn't matter if you're young or old, have pre-existing conditions or not".

Mike Schultz, 43, says he weighed about 190 pounds and had no underlying health conditions before he contracted the coronavirus in early March.

Explaining to BuzzFeed how the virus had reduced his lung capacity significantly, he said: "I was so weak".

Schultz told BuzzFeed News that though there were restrictions they thought that washing hands often and not touching one's face would keep the coronavirus away.

He said he was so weak he couldn't hold his phone as it felt so heavy, and his hands were shaking so much he was unable to type. "I pretty much cried when I looked in the mirror".

He also had no idea just how long he'd been in hospital for, having lost track of time. "It exhausted me to stand up from the bed for a few minutes to take the picture", he said.

Schultz, who works in San Francisco but was in Boston to visit his boyfriend at the time, had been in Miami at the Winter Party Festival the week before he got sick.

"We knew it was out there", Schultz informed Buzzfeed, keeping in mind that no "lockdowns" had actually been purchased at this moment.

Two days later, he was in the hospital with a 103 fever and liquid in his lungs. He was intubated for the other four weeks, he said. So far, according to a Fox News report, 41 people who attended that festival have tested COVID positive, with three fatalities linked to the same event till now.

A nurse has shared dramatic before-and-after pictures to show that anyone can be at risk of COVID-19. I didn't think it was as serious as it was until after things started happening.

"I thought I was young enough for it not to affect me, and I know a lot of people think that", he confessed to BuzzFeed News.
